Hot Corner Performance offers top-tier strength and conditioning programs specifically designed for athletes, with a specialization in baseball and softball. Since 2018, we’ve proudly worked with athletes from the MLB to Little Leagues, as well as collegiate athletes across a variety of sports. Our expert coaches focus on enhancing athletic performance through tailored training that improves strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention.

We build the base with our youth athletes and individualize training when athletes are ready for the next level!

"Thanks to the guidance and support of Sam Cumbo, I have been able lose more than 90 pounds over the past year and a half as he counseled me through proper nutrition and exercise. "I came to Hot Corner with pain and instability when swinging from a labrum tear and reconstruction a year and a half prior. I also was wanting to cut some bad weight while maintaining and gaining strength. They gave me a lifting plan and then within 3 months of training with the shoulder strengthening exercises in that plan I relieved much of the pain and instability I had while hitting! I went from it bothering me and shooting pain down my arm almost every at bat to about once a month having slight discomfort. I also went from 235lbs down to 205lbs while maintaining and getting stronger and more mobile."
