Summer Camp (Pioneer)
Welcome to the 3rd Annual Hot Corner Athletics Summer Camp Lineup!
This week’s camp is being held on August 8-10, 2022, at Pioneer Little League located at Clough Avenue, Arcade, NY 14009. We will be running the camp Monday through Wednesday from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
Each day will have a different focus as we will aid in the development of the following skills:
Hitting
Bunting | Hitting for better CONTACT | Hitting for more POWER | Situational Hitting | Gameplay
Defense
Warm-Up Drills for Infield and Outfield | Groundball Defense & Throws to Bases | Cuts, Relays & Double Cuts | Outfield Communication | Gameplay
Base Running
Turns around bases | Hard 90’s | Doubles out of the box | Leads and Stealing (for 11, 12 and older age athletes)
Game Day
Wednesday will be our game day where we will complete competitions and have a team-oriented play day
*RAIN POLICY*
In the event that we have inclement weather, Hot Corner Athletics will submit a refund for 2 or more cancelled days. Hot Corner Athletics and its Team of Camp Directors will do everything possible to ensure that we complete each day of the camp, even if we have to move the hours or days around. It is our goal to carry out this event in its entirety.
